Shipping & Return Policies

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and we send your tracking number via email.

We ship U.P.S. or FedEx Ground to the continental United States - allow up to 7 days.

Countries other than USA: We offer Postal and FedEx Air to countries who have FedEx service. Just type in your shipping address into the comment box. We will charge your card the additional difference between the chosen checkout freight charges and the actual freight charges on the day it is shipped. Any import charges are your responsibility at the time of delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days.

Large salon equipment items: (salon chairs, dryers, mats, cabinets, carts, manicure tables) are shipped only to U.S. addresses and by ground ( not air ). Please help us by selecting your choice of shipping methods with this policy in mind. If you are willing to pay for air shipping on large items, please phone us after placing the order and we will arrange for it and bill your card the additional amount needed to off-set the expense.
