Flo-Temp Cover Plate

Use with #622c Fixture (sold above)

Includes:

1- Cover Plate

1- Gasket

1- Mounting Bracket

2- Screws

Place the Flo-Temp cover plate and gasket over the 2 left-hand holes in the bowl fixture deck. Then attach the mounting bracket on the bottom side of the bowl with the 2 mounting screws included.
