Chair has gas-cylinder-controlled reclining back with BALL BEARINGS for smooth operation and durability. Footrest does not kick-out in concert with reclining back.

The #9060 Commander II Barber Chair is the same as the Commander I ... except the footrest does kick-out in sync with the reclining chair back ... and both motions have BALL BEARINGS for smooth operation and durability.
